What you are entering

The £20K Giveaway is a prize draw promoted by Utility Warehouse (UW). There is one prize of £20,000, paid by bank transfer, and the official terms say no other alternative will be offered. One winner will be chosen at random at Amplify 2027, which takes place by 31 October 2027.

How to enter, step by step

Check you are eligible. Use the list above. When you enter, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and eligible to claim the prize.
Fill in the free entry form on our homepage. Give your real name and a phone number and email address you actually check. If you win, that is how UW will contact you.
Your entry is submitted through the official UW online application form. The official terms say an entry only counts once it has been submitted through that form. If you meet a UW Partner somewhere with no signal or internet, they may write your details on a paper form first, but your entry is only created when they submit those details through the online form.
Wait for the draw. The draw takes place at Amplify 2027, by 31 October 2027. If you win, UW will contact you within 30 days of the draw.

What you do not need to do

You do not need to buy anything. You do not need to switch your energy, broadband or mobile, and you do not need to become a UW customer. In fact, existing UW customers cannot enter. No purchase is necessary, so be wary of anyone who asks you for money to enter.

Mistakes that can make an entry invalid

Entering more than once. The limit is one entry per person.
Entering after the deadline. Only entries submitted through the official UW online application form by 31 August 2027 are valid.
Entries that are illegible, altered or not made in line with the entry instructions. The official terms say these are invalid.
Entering when you are not eligible, for example if you are already a UW customer. All entries are subject to verification.
Giving a phone number or email you do not check. The winner has 14 days from being contacted to claim, or the claim becomes invalid.
