The timeline at a glance

31 August 2027	Closing date. Entries must be submitted through the official UW online application form by this date.
By 31 October 2027	The prize draw is held at Amplify 2027. One winner is chosen at random, supervised by an independent person.
Within 30 days of the draw	UW contacts the winner using the phone number or email address given with the entry.
Within 14 days of being contacted	The winner must claim the prize. The prize is paid by bank transfer.
After the draw	UW publishes the winner's surname and county on uw.co.uk.

Entry deadline

The closing date is 31 August 2027. Only entries submitted through the official UW online application form by that date are valid. If a UW Partner takes your details on paper because there is no signal, your entry only counts once they have submitted it through the online form, so do not leave it to the last day.

When the draw takes place

The draw will be held at Amplify 2027, which takes place by 31 October 2027. The draw is supervised by an independent person and one winner is chosen at random.

If you win

UW will contact the winner within 30 days of the draw, using the phone number or email address given with the entry. The winner has 14 days from that contact to claim the prize. If UW cannot reach the winner, or the prize is not claimed within 14 days, UW can offer the prize to the next eligible entrant. That is why it matters to give contact details you actually check.
